We provide full-service systems as well as bulk Neu-Plug, 60/40 blends, cottonseed hulls, and specialty LCM. We also supply LCM and specialty materials to other mud companies, reinforcing our position as a regional bulk and blending partner.
Neumeier provided a complete drilling fluids package to a customer in Roger Mills County that successfully drilled a 2.5-mile horizontal well with 1 bit run & cemented casing in 22 total days. Barite (4.1 sg) consumption & solids control efficiency were tracked and managed to ensure that both dilution & usage did not exceed required concentrations. Solids control efficiency played a key part, with the average ROP for the 2.5-mile lateral section exceeding 136 feet/hr. Once the total depth of 23,946’ was reached, the operator was able to POOH on elevators and ran production casing without any issues.
